Are you a nurse who feels:

I want you to know it’s totally possible to:

As nurses, people turn to us in some of their most challenging moments. Yet we turn away from our own challenges and often don't acknowledge the signs of our own suffering within.

We internalize the ethical conflicts we are faced with. We push our vulnerabilities down to appear unaffected and “normal.” Ignoring our suffering like this builds over time, leading to moral injury, compassion fatigue, empathic distress. You’re left feeling depleted and drained, unable to recognize suffering in others or the urge to relieve it. When this suffering includes ourselves that’s burnout. Turning toward our suffering to uncover what is behind it is not selfish, it is nurturing!

My mission is to help nurses open their hearts to themselves. I want to share the freedom and ease of nursing without sacrificing our power and vitality! You can unleash freedom and joy right now!

What Other Nurses and Clinicians Are Saying

"I often get so tied-up in my own busy-ness that I lose sight of my long-term goals, it's invaluable to have a real person help me map out my goals and help me be accountable. As a single, working professional, it felt good to have someone support me."
Liliana G., RN, BSN, PHN
Stanford Health Care, formally Stanford Hospitals and Clinics, Emergency Department Nurse
"I have learned to be more mindful of my own needs and more forgiving of myself. I have learned not to push myself to my limits and recognize when my mind and body have had enough. I will definitely continue taking these sessions for as long as I can!"
Sarah E. Barnes, PhD Candidate
Engleman Laboratory, Immunology Program, Stanford University School of Medicine
"Tracy helped me reinforce my practice of self-love and self appreciation. I have a much more open heart, and am noticeably more patient. I have a greater sense of curiosity and excitement about each day and a deeper level of satisfaction."
Sheun Aluko, Medical Student
Stanford University School of Medicine
"I used to allow myself to skip the things that I like to do that help me reduce stress in my life. With Tracy’s help, I have learned that I need to take care of myself first in order to take care of others. Now I know that small goals are just as important if not more important in my life and well-being."

Hello, I am Tracy Holder RN and CE Provider

Nursing school never prepared us for self-care. That’s what I’m here to teach you.

My passion is helping bedside nurses like you to manage burnout and enhance resiliency. We conquered nursing school, survived the shock of seeing “gross” stuff and prevailed at the “imposter syndrome.” As nurses, we ARE resilient and I want you to know you can burn more brightly, for longer, without sacrificing your vitality.

In my 17 year bedside career I’ve been able to bounce back from burnout until the day my father died in the hospital. I wanted to be there, holding his hand, but protocol denied it. The grief, blame and anger I ignored started building. Frustration at work combined with no longer feeling aligned with the system added to my stress. I could no longer bear my misery. I began my search on reinvigorating my spirit into my life and work. I studied Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil, became a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness coach, a certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and a Certified Yoga teacher. Through my training and self-practice I became renewed. My background uniquely positions me to help nurses re-energize their amazing healing gifts.
